One controlled route from drawing to delivery

Process
The same five steps for a single fixture, a first article and a repeat production programme.
What changes is the depth of engineering, the inspection plan and the documentation.

Review
We review the drawings, materials, quantities, quality requirements and required delivery date, confirm feasibility and raise any technical questions.

Engineer
We define the manufacturing route, tooling, key process controls and inspection stages. These form the agreed technical basis for production.

Plan
We align materials, capacity, external processes and logistics with your schedule. The quotation states the scope, lead time, commercial terms and exclusions.

Manufacture
We manufacture and inspect the parts at the agreed stages, and identify and coordinate any external special processes.

Verify and deliver
We complete the final inspection, compile the agreed documentation and prepare the order for dispatch. Delivery is coordinated under the stated Incoterms.
International customers
Working with customers in Europe and the Gulf.
Regional coordination
A named contact in Europe or the Gulf coordinates your enquiry. Manufacturing and quality are managed from India.
Commercial & delivery terms
Scope, partner processes, Incoterms, payment terms, manufacturing lead time and transit time are stated as separate items in the quotation.
Ownership & documentation
Manufacturing responsibility, partner scope, material certificates and inspection requirements are agreed before the order is placed.
Next step
Send the drawing and we will start at step one.
A named contact, a first feasibility view, and the design-for-manufacture questions worth answering before anyone quotes.
