Supply Chain Management

Supplier sourcing, qualification, production coordination and delivery control, for procurement and operations teams that need more capacity to manage their supply base.
Responsibilities
Supply chain responsibility from RFQ to delivery
Technical sourcing
Drawings, materials, volumes, tolerances, standards and delivery requirements are reviewed first. The supply route follows from them.
Supplier selection & qualification
Suppliers assessed on process capability, capacity, quality controls, certification scope and documentation.
RFQ & commercial coordination
One comparable scope across quotations, with responsibilities, exclusions, delivery terms and documentation settled in writing.
Production planning & follow-up
Material, capacity, external processes and delivery milestones tracked against the programme.
Quality & special-process control
Inspection defined before production. Partner processes checked against the specification, with their certificates and records in the documentation pack.
Delivery & documentation
Packing, dispatch responsibility, freight basis, Incoterms and order documentation agreed before release.
Scope
Industrial work packages requiring technical and commercial control
Work packages we coordinate:
Fabricated structures and welded assemblies
CNC-machined components and machined weldments
Tooling, jigs and fixtures
Prototype, first-article and repeat-production requirements
Reverse-engineered and obsolete replacement parts
Heat treatment, plating, anodising and specialised coatings
Non-destructive testing and other specified external processes
Manufacturing transfers and supplier-development requirements
Scope, production sites and external processes are named in the quotation.
Next step
Bring us the requirement, drawing or supply chain problem.
